COVID-19 Vaccination Volunteers Needed
Thank you for your willingness to help assist and support our COVID-19 vaccination efforts at Baptist Health.
Both clinical and non-clinical volunteers are needed for duties to include vaccine administration, check-in, registration, data entry, and traffic flow control.
If you are able to volunteer and have not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine, you will be offered a vaccine before your assignment begins.
Eligibility
At this time, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the following requirements are in place to ensure, to the best of our ability, the health and wellbeing of Baptist Health guest, staff, and YOU, the volunteer:
- Volunteers must be 18 years of age.
- Credentials are required to be a Clinical Volunteer. {Appropriate and up-to-date credentialing necessary for vaccine administration (MD, RN, LPN, MA)}
- Clinical volunteers must be CPR certified.
- Clinical volunteers must complete or have completed the CDC COVID-19 Vaccine online training
- Volunteers must have current Flu Vaccination and COVID-19 Vaccination.
- Must have signed COVID-19 waiver on file.
- Must complete COVID-19 screening provided by Baptist Health before every shift.
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during shift.
- Must give 24 hour notice if you cannot make your shift.
