When our Baptist Health team members are affected by financial hardships, they can apply for assistance through the Chaplain’s Emergency Fund. This fund has been established to provide relief for our employees who are experiencing serious situations such as disasters, extended illnesses/injuries, domestic violence, death of loved ones, and other difficult circumstances.
No matter their challenges, our Baptist Health employees are committed to providing quality service to our patients. However, sometimes our caregivers need to be given care. Help us show compassion to them by contributing to this fund. You can ease the burdens of employees, during their times of need, so they can stay focused on creating a healthier Arkansas.
