We Believe in a Healthier Arkansas
Through the We Believe employee giving campaign, Baptist Health team members join forces to make more progress toward our shared purpose. Together, we have the power to positively change lives today and create healthier communities for tomorrow.
Giving is simple. Employees can make a donation through payroll deduction by clicking the button below.
We invite you to donate $60 or a year-end gift at any level to help us celebrate our momentous milestone and continue our journey to transform the health of Arkansans. As a token of our gratitude, donations of $10 or more will receive your choice of either a Baptist Health Foundation t-shirt OR a hat. For those who generously donate $60 or more, you will receive BOTH a t-shirt & hat. We also extend this offer to family and friends of Baptist Health employees! This is our humble way of expressing our gratitude for your valuable contribution to our mission of purpose.

b. Choose Update Baptist Health Foundation Giving from the dropdown menu
c. Select an Effective Date to start the deduction
d. Confirm Employee Information and Family Information
e. From Life Event Enrollment, select Baptist Health Foundation

Shop With Purpose
Each year the Foundation hosts various gift card sales. A portion of the sales from each event is donated back to the Foundation to support the healing ministry of Baptist Health.
