A Road to Wellness

Many people experience severe mood swings, or depression, feel anxious, have issues with drugs and alcohol. Seeking help is an important step in the road to wellness. At Baptist Health, there are multi-disciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and drug and alcohol counselors who create customized treatment plans for our patients.

With financial support from donors, the Foundation helps those who are seeking treatment, but may not be able to pay for therapy, medications, and their needs important to restoring wellness in their life.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Two people are sitting in yellow chairs facing each other, having a conversation. One person is holding a notebook and gesturing with their hand, suggesting a counseling or therapy session. Their faces are out of focus.
Two women sit on a couch indoors, laughing and enjoying a conversation. One holds a mug and gestures with her hand, while the other is partly turned away. Sunlight streams in through a nearby window.
